Furniture Production Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a Furniture Production Supervisor to oversee the manufacturing process from cutting list execution to final delivery, ensuring high precision and quality. The role involves coordinating the production team and maintaining strict standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and follow up on cutting list requests to ensure accurate execution.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and guide the production team accordingly.
• Oversee workflow from the initial manufacturing stage through final delivery.
• Track updates and monitor installation phases at external project sites.
• Review dimensions and specifications, maintaining strict quality standards for all furniture pieces.
• Ensure adherence to project delivery deadlines and manage time effectively under pressure.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in an industrial or management field.
• Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience in woodworking and furniture manufacturing.
• Valid Iqama eligible for transfer (for residents).

Required skills

• Proficiency in reading engineering drawings.
• Proficiency in interpreting blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
