General Accounting Manager – Finance Leadership

About the role
The General Accounting Manager will lead revenue accounting, invoice payments, payroll processing, fixed assets accounting, and general ledger activities at WTCO's Riyadh headquarters. The role ensures compliance with approved policies and drives continuous improvement across the finance function.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators for the General Accounting function, aligning operational plans with the Transaction Finance Division strategy.
- Oversee revenue documentation, reconciliation of collection channels, and timely processing of payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Supervise payroll accounting, fixed‑asset accounting, depreciation, and asset disposal reviews.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and supporting schedules, and lead the closing process for all departments.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience coordinating with internal departments, payroll and benefits administrators, as well as external banks and suppliers.
