General Cashier – Finance

About the role

Radisson Hotel Group is hiring a General Cashier for its finance function in Riyadh. The role controls and reconciles in-house funds and reimbursements, handles cash deposits and petty cash, and works closely with the Financial Controller and Front Office Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Receive cash bank envelopes at the start of each shift, witnessed by a responsible person, and collect and verify daily remittance envelopes with a witness.
• Count money with a witness, prepare the daily general cashier report and bank deposit slips, and investigate cash shortages or overs.
• Record all receipts and charges by account, submit the report with bank receipts to the chief accountant, and ensure payments are signed by the department head, auditor, financial controller and money receiver.
• Prepare petty cash summaries for approval and issue payments, count safe contents, withdraw cash from bank accounts and monitor the official exchange rate.
• Prepare bank deposit slips and monthly deposit summaries, handle bill collector tasks when needed, and ensure cash sales are deposited in the bank at least once a week.

Required profile

• Saudi national.
• Fresh graduates are preferred.
• Fair English communication skills are required.
