General Ledger Accountant (Part-Time, Hybrid/Remote)

About the role
A pair of established Saudi businesses, a hospitality supply and trading company and a hospitality-tech company, is looking for a sharp, hands-on accountant to keep both sets of books clean and current. The position is part-time with flexible hours, mostly remote with occasional presence in Riyadh, and starts immediately.
Key responsibilities
- Own day-to-day bookkeeping for both entities: accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliations and journals
- File and manage ZATCA VAT and GOSI
- Handle intercompany transactions between the two companies
- Clean up and reconcile historical records, then keep them tidy on a monthly basis
- Produce monthly closings and simple management reports
Required profile
- 4+ years in accounting, ideally with some external-audit background
- Solid, practical experience with ZATCA VAT and GOSI in KSA
- Comfortable with inventory and trading businesses and multi-entity books
- Detail-oriented, trustworthy and able to work independently
Required skills
- Hands-on with ERP systems; Odoo and/or ERPNext are a strong plus
