General Manager – Consumer Goods (KSA & GCC)

About the role
The General Manager will lead the strategic direction and operational management of a leading consumer‑goods organization across Saudi Arabia and the GCC. Reporting to senior leadership, you will drive market share, sales growth and innovation while aligning with corporate objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute business strategy to achieve market leadership and profitability in KSA and GCC.
- Lead cross‑functional teams, aligning operations, sales and marketing to deliver business plans.
- Monitor market trends, consumer behavior and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
- Set performance metrics, conduct regular reviews and ensure organizational effectiveness.
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, distributors, regulators and other key stakeholders.
- Drive product development and innovation based on consumer insights.
- Implement best‑practice supply‑chain and digital transformation initiatives, including e‑commerce and omni‑channel strategies.
Required profile
- Minimum 15 years of experience in the consumer‑goods industry, with at least 7 years in senior management.
- Proven ability to lead multi‑functional teams and deliver results.
- Experience developing market‑entry strategies for KSA and GCC.
- Strong financial acumen with P&L, budgeting and resource allocation expertise.
- Deep knowledge of consumer insights, market analysis and regulatory compliance in the region.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with government bodies and industry associations.
