General Manager, Government Partnerships

About the role

The General Manager – Government Partnerships will develop and manage strategic partnerships with government entities and public‑sector stakeholders, positioning the company for national logistics initiatives and long‑term growth aligned with Saudi Vision 2030.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the government partnership strategy and stakeholder engagement plan for the logistics business.
• Identify public‑sector opportunities, programs, tenders, concessions and partnership models aligned with company capabilities.
• Lead relationship management with ministries, authorities, regulators and government‑owned organisations.
• Coordinate internal teams to develop compliant proposals, business cases, MoUs and partnership agreements.
• Monitor regulations, national programmes and sector developments and translate them into business actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Logistics, Economics or related field; postgraduate qualification preferred.
• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in government partnerships, public‑sector business development or government relations.
• Professional proficiency in Arabic and English.
