General Manager – Hotel (260-key property)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a 260-key hotel in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. The role involves overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, driving financial performance and ensuring an exceptional guest experience in one of the world’s most significant destinations.

Key responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day operations across all departments, including rooms, food & beverage, sales, and engineering.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve revenue, profit and service quality targets.
• Manage budgets, forecasts and financial reporting, ensuring cost control and profitability.
• Lead, mentor and develop senior management teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Maintain strong relationships with owners, brand partners and local stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience with international or regional hotel brands.
• Proven track record as a General Manager or in a senior pre-GM position.
• Strong operational and financial leadership capabilities.
• Experience in the GCC region is highly preferred; Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.
