General Manager of Operations

About the role

Careers International is looking for an experienced, results-oriented General Manager of Operations to oversee and lead its operations in signages, event branding, print production and creative solutions. The role suits someone with a proven track record in operational management who can streamline processes, improve efficiency and deliver exceptional quality to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.
• Identify areas for improvement in operational processes and implement best practices to boost productivity.
• Lead, mentor and manage a diverse team across production, design, logistics and other functions.
• Manage multiple large-scale projects at once, keeping them on time, within budget and to client expectations.
• Develop and manage budgets, controlling costs and maximizing profitability.
• Set and enforce quality standards so products and services meet industry standards.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in operational management, preferably in signage, event branding, print production or creative solutions.
• Proven experience streamlining processes and delivering high-quality results.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to guide a team toward operational excellence.
• Understanding of the local Saudi market and knowledge of industry regulations.
