General Manager – Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

About the role

Leidos Arabia LTD is seeking a General Manager to lead its Riyadh‑based operations. The role oversees all business activities in Saudi Arabia, including personnel, finance, contracts, government relations, business development and program execution.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate in‑Kingdom functional support such as HR, accounting, tax, legal, payroll and banking.
• Manage intercompany corporate services including global mobility, international accounting, legal and trade compliance.
• Ensure legal and regulatory compliance and support safety and risk management.
• Oversee local contracting, vendor management and program execution (cost, schedule, quality, risk).
• Lead recruiting, performance evaluation, compensation and employee engagement for a multinational team of 75‑100 staff.
• Develop stakeholder engagement and communication plans and provide inputs for senior‑management reports.

Required profile

• U.S. citizenship.
• BA/BS (or equivalent) with 12+ years relevant experience, or Master’s with 10+ years.
• Minimum 7 years of experience supervising or leading teams/projects.
• Strong cultural awareness and adaptability; ability to work in a diverse, multinational environment.
• Preferable 2+ years experience in Saudi Arabia and prior country‑manager or deputy country‑manager roles.
• Resident in Saudi Arabia with transferable iqama preferred.
