General Manager – Specialty Coffee / F&B

About the role

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead an established specialty coffee and food‑and‑beverage business in Riyadh. The role will oversee all operational, commercial and growth initiatives, leveraging a strong network in the Saudi F&B market.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute business strategies to achieve revenue, profitability and expansion targets.
• Drive sales, business development, partnerships and market expansion across multiple store locations.
• Manage day‑to‑day operations, monitor KPIs, control costs and ensure consistent brand standards and customer experience.
• Lead, coach and develop Store Managers, Operations, Sales and support teams.
• Identify and develop new revenue streams such as new stores, catering, corporate sales and strategic partnerships.
• Negotiate with key clients, landlords, suppliers and partners while ensuring compliance with Saudi regulations and food safety standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, F&B Management or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in F&B, preferably in specialty coffee or café operations.
• Proven senior leadership experience (General Manager, Operations Director or Commercial Director) in the Saudi market.
• Demonstrated success in multi‑unit management, P&L responsibility, budgeting and profit optimisation.
• Extensive network within the Saudi coffee, hospitality and retail sectors.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
