General Project Assistant Manager

About the role

The General Project Assistant Manager will support the planning, development and execution of strategic projects within the telecom group, ensuring alignment with the master plan and financial targets.

Key responsibilities

• Support management in developing Business Plans and Program Cards according to group strategic priorities.
• Review business cases and ensure they align with strategic objectives.
• Align Business Plans and Program Cards with defined group ambitions.
• Manage designated stakeholders in the strategic planning process and ensure timely delivery of programs.
• Inspect stakeholders on strategic planning and on change‑request implications.
• Track financial aspects of projects, ensuring adherence to approved budgets and timelines.
• Provide stakeholders with required templates for business plans and program cards.
• Report bottlenecks or gaps in the planning cycle to the Strategy Planning Excellence department.
• Contribute to the annual strategy planning retrospective session.
• Ensure financial alignment with the Business Finance team throughout the cycle.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project partnering, planning, development, execution or program management within the telecommunications industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
• Senior professional level (Sr. Professional).
