Global Mobility Specialist – Saudi Arabia, Qatar & Bahrain

About the role

Oliver Wyman is seeking a Global Mobility Specialist to join its IMEA Mobility & Security team in Riyadh. The role supports the Global Mobility Manager in delivering compliant, employee‑focused mobility services across Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Bahrain.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day immigration and mobility activities, including residence permits, work authorizations, visas, renewals and cancellations.
• Advise employees, candidates and project teams on immigration requirements for cross‑border staffing, business travel and international transfers.
• Coordinate medical examinations, biometrics, health insurance and relocation processes with internal teams and external vendors.
• Monitor regulatory changes, assess impact on staffing, and update internal guidance and communication templates.
• Prepare and issue immigration letters, certificates and related documentation while maintaining confidential records and trackers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with 2–3 years of relevant experience, or 3–4 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Global Mobility, Immigration or HC Operations, preferably with GCC immigration exposure.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong client‑service orientation and ability to manage multiple cases in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with HR, Global Mobility or case‑management systems (advantageous).
