About the role

This 12‑month Graduate Trainee program in Marketing offers fresh graduates an immersive experience within Hempel’s regional marketing teams. You will work on real projects, develop digital and brand‑strategy skills, and receive mentorship from industry professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and product launches.
• Conduct market research and customer analysis to inform strategy.
• Assist with digital marketing activities, content creation, and performance analytics.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop impactful marketing strategies.
• Participate in regional initiatives and contribute to brand positioning.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate with a degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Creative thinker with a strong analytical mindset.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Motivated to learn and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Graduated from a university in Saudi Arabia and residing in Saudi Arabia.
