Graphic Designer

About the role

The Graphic Designer will join a design‑driven team at a luxury real‑estate developer in Jiddah. You will create visual concepts that reinforce the brand’s premium identity across both digital and print media.

Key responsibilities

• Develop visual concepts and designs that reflect the company’s luxury brand identity.
• Create marketing collateral, social‑media graphics, presentations, and signage.
• Refine logos, typography, and other brand elements for consistency.
• Collaborate with marketing and project teams to ensure unified branding across property campaigns, proposals, and client communications.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Prepare production‑ready files and oversee basic pre‑press workflows.
• Maintain high visual and technical standards throughout the design process.

Required profile

• Strong graphic‑design skills for both digital and print applications.
• Experience in logo design, branding, typography, and layout design.
• Portfolio demonstrating work in real‑estate, architecture, or luxury brands.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with Arabic and English visual‑design considerations is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (or equivalent design tools).
• Knowledge of basic pre‑press and production workflows.
