Graphic Designer – SAPL Program Controls (Saudi National)

About the role

Parsons is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join the SAPL Program Controls team, supporting major projects across Saudi Arabia. The role offers the chance to work in a dynamic environment, creating visual assets that align with the company’s brand and project goals.

Key responsibilities

• Study design briefs and determine requirements.
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements and prepare rough drafts.
• Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using appropriate software.
• Use appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic and amend designs after feedback.
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on‑brand, including design reports, status reports, PPTs, dashboards and bidding documents.
• Work independently and cooperatively with project teams to meet deadlines.
• Examine existing processes, identify flaws and create solutions to improve design capabilities.
• Create new processes and standards for graphic design and maintain internal databases.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience, preferably in technology consultancy.
• Strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.
• Proven experience using AI tools to enhance graphic design.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to meet deadlines.
