About the role
First impressions are everything. As a Guest Arrival Ambassador you will welcome guests at W Hotels, ensuring their arrival and departure are memorable and seamless. You will act as the face of the hotel, guiding guests through check‑in, providing local area highlights and handling any requests during their stay.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through arrival and departure experiences, including check‑in, luggage assistance and local area information.
- Process operational needs, address guest requests promptly, and complete required reports.
- Maintain a safe workplace by following company policies, protecting assets and upholding quality standards.
- Perform physical tasks such as moving, lifting (up to 50 lb unassisted, over 75 lb with assistance), pushing, pulling and placing objects as needed.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification required.
