Guest One Touch Service Agent (Saudi nationals only)

About the role

The Guest One Touch Service Agent is the primary point of contact for all guest requests at our Makkah hotel. You will ensure prompt, seamless service by coordinating with multiple hotel departments and handling inquiries via phone, email, or other channels. This high‑impact position offers growth opportunities for an ambitious professional.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for guest requests, inquiries, and service needs.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, Food & Beverage, Security and other departments to fulfill requests efficiently.
• Record, track and monitor all guest requests using the hotel’s service optimization system.
• Handle concierge services such as wake‑up calls, restaurant reservations and transportation arrangements.
• Provide accurate information on hotel facilities, local attractions and transportation options.
• Resolve guest complaints and service recovery situations, escalating when necessary.
• Promote hotel facilities, restaurants, spa and other services to enhance the guest experience.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in a luxury hotel, Front Office, Guest Services, Call Center or One Touch Service environment (preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude and attention to detail.
