Guest Service Executive – Front Office (Saudi National)

About the role

The Guest Service Executive will be the primary point of contact for guests at Jumeirah Jabal Omar Hotel in the Holy City. You will ensure smooth check‑in and check‑out experiences, manage payments and reservations, and deliver the distinguished Arabian hospitality that Jumeirah is known for.

Key responsibilities

• Efficiently handle guest check‑ins and check‑outs, providing a welcoming and accurate experience.
• Process guest payments, manage billing inquiries, and securely handle cash and credit transactions.
• Allocate rooms according to guest preferences and availability, accommodating special requests.
• Assist with reservation modifications, cancellations, and confirmations in line with hotel policies.
• Resolve guest complaints professionally, escalating when necessary.
• Promote hotel services and amenities, identifying upselling opportunities to enhance the guest stay.

Required profile

• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of front‑office operations.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently without direction.
• Initiative and a proactive attitude.
