Guest Services Associate – Front Office

About the role

As a Guest Services Associate in the Front Office you will be a key ambassador for Rosewood Red Sea, delivering personalized service from arrival through departure. You will work closely with multiple hotel departments to ensure a seamless luxury experience for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures, and handle room assignments and payment transactions with precision.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles and cashiering records while adhering to confidentiality standards.
• Anticipate guest needs, respond to requests promptly, and resolve any concerns professionally.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Concierge, Butler Services, Bell & Door, Engineering, and Food & Beverage teams to coordinate service delivery.
• Promote resort facilities, experiences and services, identifying opportunities to enhance the guest journey.

Required profile

• Passion for creating memorable guest experiences and delivering intuitive, personalized service.
• Previous experience in front office, guest services or a similar hospitality role.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Comfortable working with hotel operating systems and technology platforms.
