Guest Services Associate – Trampoline Park

About the role

We are looking for friendly, organized, and customer‑focused Guest Services Associates to join our trampoline park team in Taif. You will be one of the first points of contact for our guests, helping with check‑ins, bookings, payments, enquiries, and ensuring visitors receive a welcoming and professional experience from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional customer service
• Manage guest check‑ins, waivers, bookings, and payments
• Answer phone calls and respond to customer enquiries
• Assist with birthday parties, group bookings, and general reservations
• Support retail and front‑desk transactions
• Handle customer questions and basic issue resolution
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Coordinate with operations and management teams when required

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service, reception, hospitality, or a similar guest‑facing role (preferred)
• Comfortable handling cash, card payments, booking systems, and POS systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment
• Professional, friendly, and customer‑focused attitude
• Reliable, punctual, and well‑presented
• Basic computer skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
