H125 B1 Mechanical Training Instructor

About the role

The H125 B1 Mechanical Training Instructor will develop and deliver training programmes for customer technicians in accordance with Airbus Helicopters regulations. The role involves creating course materials, conducting on‑the‑job training and ensuring compliance with aviation safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Study and analyse customer training regulations and develop standardised course plans and synopses.
• Design basic and advanced specialty courses, edit the Master Training Plan and update training aids.
• Perform on‑the‑job training (OJT) for customer technicians, ensuring proper use of tools, GSE and components.
• Verify aircraft status, record work on appropriate paperwork and release aircraft to service.
• Evaluate trainee performance, conduct safety directive training and enforce FOD procedures.

Required profile

• Compliance with all aviation, safety, quality and export control regulations.
• Familiarity with Airbus Helicopters Management Systems, policies and documentation.
• Ability to interpret wiring diagrams and technical publications.
• Commitment to integrity, risk awareness and timely delivery of training.

Required skills

• Mechanical training and on‑the‑job instruction.
• Aircraft maintenance procedures, including parts control and leak detection.
• Interpretation of wiring diagrams and technical manuals.
• Use of training aids, tools and ground support equipment (GSE).
