H125 B2 Electrical / Avionics Training Instructor

About the role

Airbus Helicopters Arabia for Aircraft Maintenance is looking for an H125 B2 Electrical / Avionics Training Instructor based in Taif, Saudi Arabia. The instructor prepares and delivers training for customer technicians, covering electrical and avionics systems of the H125 B2 helicopter, and works under Airbus management systems and customer regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Study and analyse customer training regulations, and develop course training standards, instructional plans and synopses.
• Develop basic and advanced specialty courses and edit and update the master training plan.
• Perform on-the-job training (OJT) to customer technicians using training aids developed prior to the activity.
• Train personnel on the use of maintenance manuals, safety directives and FOD procedures.
• Evaluate the performance of assigned customer trainees.
• Comply with aviation, safety, quality and export control regulations, and with Airbus management systems, policies and regulations.
• Check tools, GSEs, components and parts for condition and expiration dates, and verify the applicability of documentation.
• Inspect electric, avionics instruments and flight control systems (including autopilot).
• Ensure work is recorded on the appropriate paperwork and signed progressively, and that aircraft parts and materials are controlled correctly.
• Verify aircraft status and condition, and sign the Release to Service of the aircraft.
• Interpret wiring diagrams and technical publications.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
