Head Concierge

About the role

The Head Concierge leads the concierge team at a luxury hotel in Tabuk, Amaala, ensuring every guest receives a personalized and memorable experience. This role oversees daily operations, coordinates with other departments, and maintains high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day concierge operations, ensuring quality and guest satisfaction.
• Develop and track concierge goals aligned with financial and service objectives.
• Maintain a comprehensive database of local attractions, restaurants, and services.
• Establish and nurture relationships with external partners to enhance guest experiences.
• Provide recommendations and arrange services such as transportation, tickets, beauty services, and shopping.
• Handle VIP and repeat guest requests, ensuring special needs are met.
• Assist with check‑in/check‑out, reservations, and emergency procedures.
• Monitor staff grooming and attire, addressing any deficiencies promptly.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 3 years of guest‑services or front‑desk experience, OR a 2‑year degree in Hospitality/Hotel Management with 1 year of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of cultural differences and ability to anticipate guest needs.
