Head of Business Management

About the role

We are looking for an experienced, commercially‑driven Head of Business Management to lead and scale a high‑growth food & beverage operation in Saudi Arabia. The role combines business development, commercial leadership, operational management and full P&L ownership, with a focus on expanding the B2B customer base while supporting B2C and D2C growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and convert new B2B opportunities and build strong relationships with strategic accounts.
• Develop and execute revenue‑growth strategies across B2B, B2C and D2C channels.
• Oversee end‑to‑end operations including supply chain, production, distribution, customer service and quality, driving efficiency and cost optimisation.
• Own the business budget and P&L, monitoring revenue, gross margin, EBITDA and cost‑to‑serve targets.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to shape business strategy, operating models and governance frameworks.
• Lead, coach and develop high‑performing cross‑functional teams, fostering a performance‑oriented culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management or related field; MBA preferred.
• 12–15 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in a middle‑to‑senior leadership role.
• Proven track record in business operations, B2B development and P&L management, preferably in Food & Beverage, FMCG or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market and experience scaling or transforming a venture.
• Demonstrated ability to manage supply‑chain, distribution and customer‑service functions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional leadership skills.
