Head of Business Services

About the role

CTRD Arabia is seeking a Head of Business Services to lead its Business Management and Government Relations functions in Riyadh. The role reports to the General Manager and oversees the delivery of business support services across the Country Management Office.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Business Services function, ensuring high‑quality delivery of business support across the Country Management Office.
• Develop, implement and continuously improve policies and processes that increase effectiveness and efficiency.
• Monitor, report on and control business support activities, including crisis management frameworks and business resilience.
• Ensure full compliance with Saudi Arabian laws, regulations, royal decrees and regulatory frameworks, maintaining accurate records.
• Prepare for and lead responses to compliance audits, addressing any rectification requirements.
• Manage relationships with outsourced service providers and coordinate their performance.
• Provide strategic guidance to project teams on administrative, operational and compliance matters.

Required profile

• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage Business Management and Government Relations functions.
• Experience in overseeing compliance with Saudi Arabian laws and regulatory frameworks.
• Track record of developing and improving business support policies and processes.
• Capability to manage crisis response and business resilience initiatives.
• Experience working with outsourced service providers.

• Fixed‑term contract (one year, renewable) in accordance with Saudi Labour Law.
