Head of Food Service

About the role

We are conducting a confidential search for a high‑impact Head of Food Service who will act as General Manager for a leading foodservice business operating across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Reporting directly to the Board, you will own the full P&L and drive the strategic direction of a fast‑growing operation.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver revenue, gross margin and EBIT targets while managing the annual budget and long‑range plan.
• Lead customer acquisition, penetration and retention with a focus on key accounts.
• Optimize working capital across inventory, receivables and payables.
• Build strategic supplier partnerships and expand private‑label contribution.
• Champion digital transformation, CRM adoption and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Develop a high‑performance culture through coaching, succession planning and talent development.
• Identify new growth opportunities, channels and partnerships aligned with the Group’s long‑term strategy.

Required profile

• Proven General Manager or Country Manager experience with full P&L ownership in FMCG, foodservice distribution or wholesale.
• Track record of delivering commercial growth and operational efficiency in Saudi Arabia or the GCC.
• Strong financial acumen, including working‑capital management, ROFE and cash‑conversion cycle.
• Exceptional leadership ability to build and inspire large, cross‑functional teams.
• Digital‑first mindset with experience driving CRM, ERP and digital sales adoption.
• Willingness to be based in, or relocate to, Riyadh at personal expense.
