Head of Marketing – Real Estate

About the role

The Head of Marketing will lead Adel’s marketing function across brand management, offline and digital channels, content, events and corporate communications. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, this senior leader will translate the company’s master development and investment strategy into sustained market demand for end‑buyers, investors, sub‑developers and institutional partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi‑year marketing strategy covering corporate brand, master‑planned communities and investment products, aligning with the annual business plan.
• Lead go‑to‑market plans for project launches, including teaser campaigns, pre‑registration, launch events and post‑launch demand generation.
• Oversee traditional offline channels (outdoor, print, radio, TV, signage) and digital ecosystems (websites, SEO, paid/social media, programmatic, email and property portals).
• Build and protect destination brands, manage brand guidelines, and approve all marketing materials produced by agencies and partners.
• Establish performance targets (cost per lead, cost per reservation, ROAS) and implement testing, optimisation and data‑privacy compliance.
• Manage annual marketing budgets, vendor contracts and internal team capabilities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field (mandatory); MBA or professional marketing qualification preferred.
• 10‑12 years of total marketing experience with at least 5 years leading a marketing function and budget, preferably in a master developer or real‑estate environment.
