Head of Payments

About the role

We are looking for a Head of Payments to lead the company’s overall strategy, growth and day‑to‑day operations across product, commercial and partnership functions. The role will shape the payments product roadmap, drive merchant and customer acquisition and ensure compliance with Saudi Arabia’s payments regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the payments strategy, growth targets and operational plans.
• Build and scale relationships with banks, merchants and financial institutions to increase transaction volume.
• Own the payments product roadmap, aligning it with merchant, customer and regulatory requirements.
• Drive revenue growth, commercial performance and acquisition of merchants and customers.
• Navigate and maintain compliance with SAMA’s evolving payments regulations.
• Represent the company with banks, regulators, investors and strategic partners.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in payments, fintech, digital banking or a closely related field.
• Proven track record leading a team, project or business unit.
• Strong commercial and product mindset with understanding of revenue, growth and partnerships.
• Ambition to step into an executive‑level role and grow with the company.
