Health Officer / Nurse

About the role

We are looking for a qualified Health Officer / Nurse to join Al-Qadsiah Club in Khobar. The role provides primary healthcare, emergency response and occupational health services across all club facilities, supporting players, staff, contractors and visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first‑aid and basic medical care to employees, athletes and visitors.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies during training sessions, matches and events.
• Assess injuries and illnesses, determine need for referral or emergency services, and maintain first‑aid kits and medical supplies.
• Conduct health assessments, monitor employee health conditions and support return‑to‑work evaluations.
• Participate in emergency response planning, drills and coordination with external emergency services.
• Maintain accurate medical records in line with confidentiality and data‑protection standards.
• Ensure compliance with local health regulations and club policies, preparing health‑related reports for HSE management.
• Provide basic first‑aid and health‑awareness training for staff and promote hygiene, infection control and wellness initiatives.

Required profile

• Valid professional nursing licence recognised by Saudi authorities.
• 2–5 years of clinical or occupational health experience.
• Certification in First Aid and CPR.
