Healthcare Provider Solutions Product Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Healthcare Provider Solutions Product Manager to lead the end‑to‑end lifecycle of our digital tools and services. The role combines product ownership with strong project‑management and analytical responsibilities, ensuring solutions meet business needs and strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the full systems lifecycle, from requirement gathering and financial analysis to implementation and performance monitoring.
• Analyse business processes, identify documentation gaps, simplify workflows and propose automation opportunities.
• Define, track and report on KPIs for system availability, reliability and security.
• Develop cost estimates, manage project budgets and ensure timelines and resources are aligned with deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional departments to tailor solutions, provide user support and manage change during system updates.
• Work with IT teams to integrate new technologies and maintain system security and risk mitigation.
• Produce regular data‑driven reports for senior management, highlighting insights and recommendations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience (≈60 months) in product or project management within IT or healthcare domains.
• Proven ability to analyse financial implications and manage budgets.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in process optimisation and KPI management.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with multiple departments and IT teams.
• Familiarity with change‑management practices and risk mitigation.
