High Performance Center Receptionist

About the role

The High Performance Center (HPC) Receptionist will be the first point of contact for the First Team area at Al-Qadsiah Club. Working in a high-profile environment, you will ensure a professional, confidential and welcoming reception experience for players, coaching staff, medical personnel, VIP guests and other authorized visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the HPC reception area designated for First Team players and authorized personnel.
• Welcome and assist First Team players, coaches, technical staff, medical staff, VIP guests, consultants and authorized visitors in a professional manner.
• Maintain an organized and confidential reception environment.
• Provide guidance to visitors and direct them to the appropriate meeting room, office, training area or contact person.
• Support day‑to‑day operational requirements within the First Team players area.
• Coordinate access to the First Team area in line with club procedures, working closely with Security and Operations.
• Keep accurate visitor logs and access records, confirming visitor information with internal contacts.
• Report access issues, unauthorized movement, visitor concerns or operational incidents promptly.
• Assist with arrangements for First Team meetings, training sessions, VIP visits, official visits and matchday requirements.
• Communicate effectively in English with international players, coaches, consultants and stakeholders, handling inquiries and escalating sensitive matters when needed.

• High level of professionalism, confidentiality and service quality.
• Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively with security, operations, coaching, medical and hospitality teams.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
