Home Care Nurse – Al Khobar & Jeddah

About the role

Taib, a leading home‑healthcare provider in Saudi Arabia, is seeking qualified nurses to deliver professional care in patients' homes across Al Khobar and Jeddah. The Home Care Nurse will ensure safe, effective, and compassionate services, supporting patients recovering from surgery, managing chronic conditions, or requiring routine nursing interventions.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, monitor, and document patients' health status during each home visit.
• Administer medications, injections, wound care, and other prescribed treatments.
• Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans in collaboration with physicians and the multidisciplinary team.
• Monitor patients with chronic illnesses and post‑hospitalisation needs.
• Educate patients and family members on disease management, medication administration, and preventive care.
• Identify changes in patient conditions and promptly report concerns to the attending physician.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records and visit documentation.
• Provide emotional support and promote patient comfort and well‑being.
• Ensure compliance with infection‑control, safety, and CBAHI regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a Nursing Diploma.
• Valid classification and registration with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).
• Prior experience in home health‑care is mandatory.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, compassionate, and patient‑focused attitude.
