Home Healthcare Head Nurse

About the role

This full-time, on-site position in Riyadh leads the delivery of high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes. The Home Healthcare Head Nurse oversees daily operations, ensures compliance with safety standards, and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized care plans for home patients.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments.
• Coordinate care with doctors, therapists, and other specialists.
• Supervise, mentor, and train nursing staff.
• Manage daily operations of home healthcare services.
• Ensure adherence to patient safety protocols and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid Saudi Arabian nursing license.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or equivalent qualification.
• Strong clinical nursing skills, including patient assessment, care planning, and treatment administration.
• Experience in staff management, training, and mentoring.
• Knowledge of home healthcare standards, patient safety protocols, and regulatory compliance.
• Effective communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Prior experience in home healthcare or similar settings is an advantage.
