Home Healthcare & Imaging Operations Manager (Virtual Hospital)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic manager to lead end‑to‑end operations for home healthcare, laboratory, and imaging services within a virtual hospital environment. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality, patient‑centric care across all connected‑care channels.

Key responsibilities

• Lead execution, delivery and outcomes of partnership and referral activities, including home clinical visits, labs, physiotherapy, vaccinations and imaging.
• Schedule and analyse home‑visit appointments using data insights to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with third‑party providers to ensure lab results are delivered within defined KPIs.
• Establish and monitor KPIs, SLAs and SIA execution plans to measure and improve operational performance.
• Act as escalation point for service failures, implementing corrective actions and preventing recurrence.
• Interpret and communicate medical reports to patients and families with compassion.
• Partner with IT and Digital Factory teams to enhance data‑driven solutions for laboratory services and home‑based lab bookings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Medicine & Surgery or Healthcare Management (Master’s preferred).
• Up to 6 years of clinical experience and proven leadership in home health‑care management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of medical guidelines, healthcare regulations and compliance.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
