About the role

The Guest Environment Expert ensures that every area of the hotel – from guest rooms to public spaces – is clean, well‑maintained, and ready to deliver a memorable experience. Working for Le Méridien, part of Marriott International, you will play a key part in upholding the brand’s high standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms, corridors, and public areas according to brand standards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and replenish housekeeping carts.
• Maintain safety and hygiene protocols, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
• Ensure confidentiality, professional appearance, and adherence to company policies.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting, moving, and placing objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
