Hotel General Manager

About the role

Fakieh Tarfeeh Group seeks an experienced, results‑driven Hotel General Manager to lead the overall operations of its hotel in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The role is responsible for delivering operational excellence, driving revenue growth and ensuring a consistently high guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across all departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Sales & Marketing, Finance, HR, Engineering, Security and Procurement.
• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Drive occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, profitability and overall financial performance.
• Monitor key performance indicators and guest satisfaction metrics.
• Handle guest feedback, complaints and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with corporate clients, tourism entities and key stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, hospitality standards, health & safety regulations.
• Lead workforce planning, employee performance, development and engagement.
• Prepare and manage budgets, operating expenses and business plans.
• Identify operational challenges and implement corrective actions.
• Provide regular performance reports and strategic recommendations to executive management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in senior hotel leadership, preferably as General Manager.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations, revenue management, sales and financial performance.
• Demonstrated leadership, commercial acumen and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and make effective decisions under pressure.
