Housekeeping Attendant

About the role

The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas in accordance with the hotel’s performance and safety standards. This role ensures that guests enjoy a comfortable and well‑maintained environment throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Collect keys and daily assignments, then prepare a trolley with all necessary equipment.
• Clean and tidy guest rooms, replenish room supplies, and arrange guest belongings.
• Clean bathrooms, restock amenities, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Notify Valet Service to collect guest clothing for laundry, dry‑cleaning, or pressing.
• Maintain cleanliness of corridors, service pantries, and other service areas.
• Report any maintenance issues to the Engineering Department promptly.
• Consider guest needs while working in public areas to ensure courteous service.
• Operate in a safe, environmentally‑friendly manner and adhere to hotel health and safety policies.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month experience in housekeeping or a related hospitality role.
