About the role

As a Housekeeping Manager at Hilton you will lead the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional cleanliness and guest experiences across all guest rooms and public areas. You will ensure that every stay reflects the brand’s promise of warmth and hospitality while maintaining operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations, maintaining cleanliness, service, and product quality standards in guest rooms, public spaces, restrooms, offices and meeting areas.
• Coordinate housekeeping efforts to guarantee rooms are cleaned and ready for guests promptly and efficiently.
• Manage departmental processes including systems usage, cost controls, budgeting, forecasting and policy enforcement to drive profitability.
• Conduct regular inspections of rooms and public areas to uphold high‑quality standards and compliance.
• Supervise, coach and develop team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
