Housekeeping Order Taker – Riyadh (Saudi Nationals Only)

About the role

We are looking for a professional and friendly Housekeeping Order Taker to join our team at Novotel Al Anoud in Riyadh. The role focuses on receiving and processing housekeeping requests from guests, ensuring timely service and high guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and process housekeeping requests from guests via phone, in‑person, or the hotel management system.
• Coordinate with the housekeeping team to guarantee prompt fulfillment of guest requests.
• Maintain accurate records of all orders and their status.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns quickly.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve any issues related to housekeeping services.
• Monitor inventory of housekeeping supplies and report shortages.
• Assist in training new team members on order‑taking procedures.
• Support the department in upholding high standards of cleanliness and organization.

Required profile

• Saudi nationality.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Previous experience in hospitality or customer‑service roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Positive attitude, strong problem‑solving abilities and professional handling of guest complaints.
