Housekeeping Public Area Supervisor – Saudi National

About the role

The Housekeeping Public Area Supervisor will lead the public‑area team at Faena Red Sea, ensuring that lobbies, restaurants, restrooms and all common spaces meet the brand’s luxury standards. The role involves supervising staff, conducting inspections, and coordinating with other departments to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise cleaning and presentation of all public spaces, including lobbies, elevators, corridors, restrooms, and spa areas.
• Develop and manage daily task checklists and cleaning schedules for Public Area Attendants.
• Ensure high‑traffic areas are ready for guest arrivals, dining periods and events.
• Provide on‑the‑spot coaching and enforce brand standards among team members.
• Oversee proper use, storage and safety of equipment, chemicals and tools.
• Coordinate outsourced maintenance services such as pest control, marble polishing and carpet shampooing.
• Maintain inventories of cleaning equipment and consumables, flagging shortages.
• Conduct quality inspections to uphold Faena’s Forbes 5‑star service standards.

Required profile

• Diploma or certificate in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or coordinator role.
• Experience working with Forbes or 5‑Diamond service standards (preferred).
• Familiarity with PMS (Opera) and housekeeping management systems.
• Good understanding of hygiene, sanitation and safety regulations.
