Housekeeping Supervisor – Saudi National (Full-time)

About the role

As a Housekeeping Supervisor you will ensure guest rooms and public areas are consistently presented to the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort and readiness. You will support daily housekeeping operations, guide the team on the floor and work closely with other resort departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations across assigned floors and areas.
• Assign and follow up on daily tasks for the housekeeping team.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to maintain SLS cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Monitor arrivals, departures, VIPs and special guest requirements.
• Conduct daily briefings, coaching and on‑the‑job training for the team.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Engineering, Laundry and other resort departments.
• Monitor housekeeping supplies, amenities, linen, equipment, pantries and trolleys.
• Ensure safety, lost‑and‑found, key control and housekeeping procedures are followed.
• Support scheduling, attendance tracking and daily operational reporting.

Required profile

• Diploma or qualification in Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel Management or related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in housekeeping or hotel operations, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort.
• Supervisory or team‑leading experience is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, good organizational and communication skills.
• Good English communication skills.
• Proactive, flexible and comfortable working in a fast‑paced resort environment.
