About the role

The Technical Consultant works closely with clients to understand their technical environments and deliver advanced, customized solutions. Reporting to senior staff, the role involves designing system architectures, configuring solutions, and providing proactive support.

Key responsibilities

• Consult extensively with clients to assess technical landscapes and propose solutions aligned with strategic objectives.
• Develop detailed design documentation, system architectures, configuration plans, and testing frameworks.
• Perform advanced diagnostics and root‑cause analysis to resolve complex technical issues and deliver proactive support.
• Document solutions and create comprehensive support procedures and troubleshooting guides.
• Enhance the knowledge base by capturing best practices and standardised processes.
• Implement configuration management and version control to ensure accurate deployments.
• Conduct health checks of customer systems and recommend improvements for performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with product development and sales teams to integrate client feedback into product enhancements.
• Prepare technical reports, analyses, and strategic updates for stakeholders.
• Support critical implementation projects, managing system configuration, integration, and performance tuning.
