HR and Government Relations Manager for Private School

About the role

We are looking for a highly capable professional to lead legal, HR and government relations functions for a private school group in Jeddah. The role combines hands‑on legal counsel, HR operations, recruitment, and representation before Saudi authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the school before judicial, quasi‑judicial and Ministry of Education authorities.
• Coordinate with external law firms, draft legal notices, and ensure compliance with Saudi labour law.
• Manage transactions on Qiwa, MHRSD, Jawazat, GOSI, MOE, MISA and other government platforms.
• Draft, issue, amend and terminate employment contracts; maintain contract records on official systems.
• Support recruitment, Saudization, sponsorship transfers, work permits, Iqama renewals and visa processes.
• Oversee onboarding, off‑boarding, performance reviews, attendance monitoring and disciplinary actions.
• Prepare payroll inputs, manage medical and vehicle insurance, and keep confidential employee records.

Required profile

• Licensed lawyer in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi labour law, employment regulations and government compliance.
• Proven experience handling legal and HR matters in a Saudi corporate environment.
