HR Business Partner – Integrated Facilities Management

About the role

The HR Business Partner will serve as a strategic and operational advisor to the President of Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) and the senior leadership team at Smart Integrated Solutions. The role focuses on aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, ensuring compliance with KSA Labour Law, and supporting the growth of a high‑performing, people‑focused organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to translate business priorities into effective HR plans, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management and Saudisation.
• Provide proactive HR advice on organisational structure, employee engagement, retention, and compliance with government regulations.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes: job profiling, posting, screening, interview coordination, offer management and pre‑employment checks.
• Maintain and update manpower plans, recruitment trackers and headcount reports to support operational needs.
• Oversee onboarding of new hires, ensuring contracts, visa documentation, system access, inductions and probation objectives are completed on time.
• Act as the primary HR point of contact for managers and employees, delivering guidance on HR policies, KSA Labour Law and employee‑relations matters.
• Advise managers on disciplinary actions, grievances, absence management, performance issues and terminations.
• Prepare HR insights and reporting for headcount management, Saudisation planning and workforce cost control.
