Senior Advisor - Talent Acquisition

About the role

Join AECOM as a Senior Advisor in Talent Acquisition and help shape the workforce that delivers world‑changing infrastructure projects. You will partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to attract top talent while championing AECOM’s values and employer brand.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize job boards, social media, networking events and industry partnerships to source and build a strong talent pipeline.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle – posting, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers and ensuring a high‑touch candidate experience.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to forecast needs, provide market insights, salary benchmarks and recruitment best‑practice guidance.
• Track and analyse recruitment metrics, preparing regular reports on progress, pipelines and key performance indicators.
• Support employer branding initiatives and promote AECOM’s culture to attract aligned candidates.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes, implementing tools and best practices for efficiency.
• Ensure all hiring activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 7‑10 years of talent acquisition experience, with a proven record of recruiting for diverse roles and levels; senior or advisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques and current market trends.
• Strategic thinker with excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills, able to work independently and collaboratively.
