HR Business Partner – Jeddah Factory

About the role

As an HR Business Partner for the Jeddah factory, you will work closely with business leaders to align people strategies with operational goals, ensuring the right talent is attracted, developed and retained.

Key responsibilities

• Identify current and future talent needs, workforce requirements and skill gaps in partnership with business leaders.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to design recruitment strategies, manage hiring and onboarding plans within budget.
• Support workforce planning, people strategies and implementation of programs to attract, develop and retain talent.
• Handle employee inquiries, grievance, disciplinary and capability cases while maintaining accurate HR records.
• Prepare and analyse HR reports, track KPIs and communicate policy updates to managers and staff.
• Participate in departmental meetings, provide HR guidance and assist in organising internal events and engagement activities.

Required profile

• University degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 5‑8 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Native Arabic speaker with fluent English communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of core HR functions, compensation, employee relations, performance management and employment regulations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using HRIS (ERP‑based systems).
• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
