HR Business Partner (Senior HR Generalist)

About the role

Medtronic is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to act as a trusted HR Business Partner for its leaders in Saudi Arabia and the wider Middle East. The role will be based in either Jeddah or Riyadh and follows a hybrid working model. You will help shape and execute people strategies that drive organizational performance and employee growth.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to align HR initiatives with strategic objectives.
• Design, implement and monitor HR strategies that support growth and performance.
• Lead workforce planning, employee lifecycle management and talent development initiatives.
• Serve as HR liaison for key programs, improving processes, systems and ways of working.
• Provide HR data analysis, dashboards and reporting to inform business decisions.
• Manage operational HR activities to ensure compliance and a positive employee experience.
• Coach and support HR colleagues when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a business‑partnering role.
• Proven ability to build credibility, coach leaders and influence decisions at multiple levels.
• Strong experience supporting HR projects and change initiatives.
