About the role
The HR Manager will lead the human resources function for BAAN Holding in Medina, aligning HR strategies with business goals and fostering a positive work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with company objectives.
- Oversee recruitment, selection, onboarding, performance evaluations, and employee development programs.
- Manage employee relations, including grievance handling, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws, company policies, and maintain accurate HR records.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in tourism or hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, decision‑making, and problem‑solving abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with HRIS systems.
