HR Business Partner – Services (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

Join Alstom as a full‑time HR Business Partner for Services in Saudi Arabia. You will work alongside passionate, motivated teammates and align HR strategies with business objectives to boost employee engagement, retention and overall performance.

Key responsibilities

• Advise the business on HR topics and ensure alignment of HR actions with strategic needs.
• Maintain compliance with policies, regulations and support managers on HR‑related issues.
• Lead recruitment processes, including workforce planning, sourcing, selection and induction.
• Develop talent at all levels through coaching, performance management, development plans and training.
• Monitor performance metrics, manage budgets and mitigate HR risks.

Required profile

• Saudi national with a university degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Social Science or Economics; MBA with HR specialization is desirable.
• Approximately 10 years of generalist HR experience in a similar industry or environment.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, redundancies, payroll and employee relations within a matrix organization.
