HR Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for an organized and efficient HR Coordinator to join our team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. In this role you will support the Human Resources department by handling administrative tasks, assisting with recruitment, and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day HR operations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain employee records and update HRIS databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist in the full‑cycle recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
• Coordinate new employee onboarding and orientation programs.
• Process payroll and benefits administration tasks.
• Respond to employee inquiries and provide support on HR‑related matters.
• Prepare and distribute HR‑related reports and documents.
• Coordinate training and development initiatives.
• Support performance management processes and maintain related documentation.
• Assist with employee relations issues and conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in HR or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
• Problem‑solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Understanding of labor laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
